So, what do you do and how do you do it?

I create and leverage existing relationships to fundraise for HillVets programs. Additionally, I help organize and run HillVets events and fundraisers.

Tell us how you ended up where you are in your company.

After graduating from Ursinus College I accepted a summer internship opportunity with a consulting firm in Washington, DC. My time with the consulting group, focused mostly on veterans issues and healthcare, sparked my interest in veterans issues and veterans advocacy. Upon the completion of my internship, I accepted the position with HillVets.

In the last 5 years, what is the greatest change you have made in your life that has made you a better person?

Joining a kickball league! Not only is it a ton of fun with friends, but it scratches the competitive itch that I feel I need to be an all-around happier and better person.

What is the book you’ve given most as a gift? Or, what are the one or two books that have greatly influenced your life?

I have given “Oh the Places You’ll Go” by Dr. Suess the most as a gift. It is the perfect gift for any sort of occasion, whether that be graduation or a birthday.

What is your favorite thing about Capitol Post?

My favorite thing about Capitol Post is the community. Everyone in Capitol Post genuinely wants everyone else to succeed. I genuinely feel that there isn’t a better or more supportive environment when trying to grow your business.
