Chief Executive Officer
Spectre Group US
Military Service: US Army, 2006-2013
Branch/Specialty: 11B / Infantry
So, what do you do and how do you do it?
We are a Physical Security and Intelligence Group. We develop actionable intelligence and identify possible security threats against clients. We then, armed with this information, execute proper security procedure.
What has been the most challenging part about transitioning from military service?
Going from a culture of collective interest to a culture of self-interest.
Tell us how you ended up where you are in your company.
Well it all started out working security at the Women’s March in 2016. From there I got involved in several other assignments before event developing my own group.
In the last 5 years, what is the greatest change you have made in your life that has made you a better person?
I honestly don’t know if I am a better person.
What is the book you’ve given most as a gift? Or, what are the one or two books that have greatly influenced your life?
Well, I don’t give out books too often. But I’d have to say that “Class of 9/11” is my Catcher in the Rye. Also “Drive” was a rather valuable book to me.
Honestly, why did you join the Capitol Post family? And what has been the biggest impact so far?
Well, I needed mail service and was potentially interested in an office one day. I can say that my mail is always safe at Capitol Post!
