What We Do
Capitol Post is a 501(c)(3) organization that inspires the Washington DC region’s military veterans and their spouses find their path in business by offering great programming, a supportive network, and co-working space. Whether it’s entrepreneurship, joining a startup/small business, or finding the best career, we help veterans find their purpose and stride in business after serving in the military.
Capitol Post is the proud home of Bunker Labs DC, a national 501(c)(3) organization located in fifteen cities that empowers military veterans as leaders in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Our goal is to be DC’s best business and personal incubator for military veterans and their spouses

Director, Bunker Labs DC
Seda joined Bunker Labs in January of 2017. Prior to that, through Seda’s company Lighthouse Global Business, she worked with Bunker Labs companies as a consultant teaching lean startup and helping start founders map out their business ecosystem.
Seda founded Lighthouse Global Business to guide international entrepreneurs and US-based start-ups looking to build or expand their businesses. She used her experiences gained at the Washington Redskins, Department of Veteran Affairs, National Restaurant Association, Edison Electric Institute and Ideaxis to help businesses with a variety of services. Seda is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds an MBA from American University in Washington D.C. where she resides with her husband, daughter and little white dog named Toby.
A transplant from sunny Arizona, Elizabeth joined the Capitol Post team in November 2016. Elizabeth attended Mercyhurst University where she earned her BA in Dance. She performed as a soloist with Ballet Theatre of Ohio and served as a guest instructor. She went on to earn her MFA in Dance from the University of Arizona. She happily resides in Del Ray, Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, two pups, and her cat, Lulu
